Evelyn Carter!
I am sorry just now that I insisted on a date for Sunday afternoon or night as it would really interfer with yours or M.M.’s plans. So I’ll be very thankful for any night you may possibly have open for next week. We will talk it over Saturday when you are here.
I am very glad you are better, for I was really worried for fear the next I would hear, you would be in Tenn.
No, I promised you no scene would be created over what you told me, & you can count on me never letting you down, altho something did happen Monday which made me the least bit mad. I’ll tell you about it.
Again I want to say how thrilled it made me to hear your voice (with the electricity sound effect – instead of last Thursday night’s Cedartown “moan.”)
Stay away from Rockmart & Dallas! Don’t forget the candid pictures you were supposed to have made last Sunday!
M.A. used -- -- what was I going to say – nothing!
Don’t ride in Packards too often.
We’ll be expecting you to appear int he drug store, from nowhere sometime Saturday afternoon.
Floyd Johnson & wife just now were by and asked about you.
“I Do.”
- Willie V.
